Account Deletion & Data Retention

We respect your right to be forgotten. This policy explains how you can delete your account and how we manage data retention to protect the financial security of our community.

1. In-App Deletion Process

Users can delete their account at any time by following these steps:

• 1 Open the Side Menu in the application.
• 2 Select "Delete Account".
• 3 Confirm the permanent deletion request.

2. Data Erasure & Retention Policy

Our deletion process follows a tiered schedule to ensure community security:

• Immediate Deletion: Upon your request, we immediately and permanently remove your Name, Email Address, and Precise Location data from our active servers.
• 7-Day Audit Period: If you have an active history, your detailed payment logs are kept for 7 days to allow coordinators to finalize association records. These are purged after the grace period.
• Permanent Retention: We maintain a permanent record of only your Phone Number and your Payment Reliability Status.

3. Reason for Permanent Retention

To protect members from financial risk, we retain trust identifiers for the following reasons:

• Preventing History Resetting: Ensures irregular members cannot wipe their history to rejoin new groups under a fresh profile.
• Coordinator Reliability Analysis: Allows officials to verify a reliability score before accepting new members.
• System Integrity: Prevents fraud within the Milestone Rewards Program.

4. Account Recovery & Restoration

If you request deletion by mistake, you have seven (7) days to log back in or contact support to cancel the request. After this period, your personal identity data is purged and cannot be restored.

Note: Restoration of association history is only possible if you have enabled "Backup to Google Drive" in your app settings prior to deletion.
