Precise Geographical Location: With your explicit consent, we use GPS and network-based sensors to determine your approximate address (Country, Governorate, City, and Locality).
Purpose: This data is strictly used to help association officials identify members in their geographical area. We do not track your movement in the background.
Device Information
We collect device model and operating system information to assist with troubleshooting and compatibility improvements.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Core Service: To manage your account, join associations, and display relevant details.
- Connection: To help you find local association officials based on your verified location.
- Rewards: To monitor account activity for the Milestone Rewards Program and prevent fraud.
- Communication: To send important service-related notifications via email.
3. How Your Information is Shared
We share information only to make the app functional:
- Association Officials: Your name, location, and phone number are visible to the officials of associations you join.
- Other Members: Limited non-sensitive info may be visible to members of the same group as configured by the official.
Notice: We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.
4. Advertising & Google AdMob
To keep the service free, we display ads via Google AdMob. AdMob may collect:
- Device Advertising ID, IP address, and Device Model.
Google’s use of this data is governed by the Google Advertising Privacy & Terms.
5. Security & Data Deletion
- Encryption: All data is transmitted using HTTPS/SSL encryption to secure private servers.
- Data Access: You can view and manage your account details at any time within the app.
- Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data within the app's settings.
